Ingredients:
- 1 cup chick peas(chole)
- 2 chopped onions
- 2 or 3 finely chopped tomatoes
- 3 green chilli
- 4ts oil
- salt to taste
- 1 ts ginger garlic paste
- 1 ts red chilli powder
- 1 ts coriander powder
- 1/2 ts garam masala powder
- 1/2 ts turmeric
- 1 ts cumin seeds
- 2 cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- 2 cardamom
- cinnamon stick
- chopped coriander leaves for garnish
- lime (optional)
- sock the chick peas for 6 to 10 hours and cook it in presser cooker for 4 whistles.
- take some oil in pan add cloves,cardamoms ,bay leaves ,cinnamon stick and cumin seeds when they splatter add chopped onions when they get brown then add turmeric powder and ginger garlic paste ofter that add finely chopper tomatoes, green chillies.
- cook it 5 min make sure tomatoes cooked very nice then add coriander powder, garam masala ,red chilli powder and mix it well.cook it for 3 min .
- then add the cooked chole with some water .cook it until grave get thicker . then taste it . if u need some spice/salt add red chilli powder .
- finally add chopper coriander leaves and some lime juice .
